Michiru Kaiō is an accomplished violinist, and high school student. She is in a relationship with Haruka Tenō, she is often described as being calm and poised. Michiru often reminds people of the ocean. She has the mirror talisman which allows her to glimpse peoples’ past life and allows her to spy on the enemy. She is a very powerful Sailor Scout, who like her roman name sake has powers over the ocean.
