Haruka Tenō is a famous race car driver, and a good high school student. Haruka is described as being able to choose their gender, so for the first arc Haruka is male and as the book series progresses she chooses to dress like a female indicating that she is choosing to be female. On that note though Haruka always remains in a romantic relationship with Michiru Kaiō and develops a crush on Usagi. Haruka is a strong Sailor Scout with powers over wind, their talisman is a sword.
